If you get an automated message, that’s just to get customers to our project managers and other business issues to the right office like accounting, purchasing, etc.
The key thing is that our Project Managers, and not intermediaries, are going to answer your call. That person will be your “cradle to grave” primary contact within Hearthstone and they also tend to be valuable consultants for your project on matters that are not directly related to Hearthstone. Product managers have a team around them, but they are always your contact and advocate within the company. You won’t be kicked to customer service as soon as a salesman gets your first check. You will need customer service, design, manufacturing, delivery, and more. But your Project Manager is the hub of all that from time you call or email us until your home is assembled on your site, and forever after that.
